BULLION:
Gold prices drifted slightly higher in Asia on Friday ahead of key U.S. jobs data expected to set the tone on Fed interest rate views. On the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange, gold for April delivery rose 0.11% to $1.259.60 a troy ounce. The rise in gold on Thursday coincided with sharp declines in the dollar after Markit said its Purchasing Managers' Index for the U.S. services sector fell 0.5 to 49.7, the lowest reading since the shutdown of the federal government in 2013.

BASE METAL:
LME copper should range USD
4,810-4,870/mt during Asian trading hours Friday. In China, spot copper will
quote at discounts of RMB 80-160/mt against SHFE 1603 copper. US February
non-farm payrolls will come under the spotlight on Friday. US non-farm sector
added just 151,000 jobs in January, well below 190,000 expected, and US
non-farm payrolls were December 2015 were revised down slightly. But US jobless
rate fell to 4.9% in January, and wage growth also well beat forecast.
ENERGY:
Crude oil prices gained in Asia on Friday ahead of rig count data in the United States and a mixed supply picture. Iran is expected to raise its oil exports in March to around 1.65 million barrels per day from 1.5 million bpd a month earlier on the back of higher crude shipments to Europe, two industry sources told Reuters on Thursday.
